Works well.
The cat feeder does its job quietly and - big plus - excludes flying insects. I'm still working on the cats attitude but I think she will take to it once the nervousness wears off. Programming was very simple.

Happy cat so far!
Great for multi cat household., especially with two cats with completely different eating habits. We are still in the training stages but it is easy to set up and cat has no issues eating from it. Will probably get a second one for Cat 2 in the future so I can really separate their eating. Superfast shipping too, especially right before Christmas!

This works wonderfully for our new cat, who is a grazer. He can help himself whenever he wants, and it is closed in between so our other cat can't steal the food.

Microchip pet food bowl
We already had one of these which has been in storage for about 7 years. We set it up and our kittens learnt how to use it after about 10 mins, if that. So we have bought a new one for our 14 year old cats. They are a bit more wary but are using it if coaxed using cat treats. We are using training mode at night and the food has gone by morning. During the day it is in normal mode because the kittens are around, this is when we are bribing the cats to eat from it with cat treats. We've only had it a few days but I'm sure training will take less time than the manual suggests.

Multiple cat household
We bought 2 of these and they work great. Had to purchase a back cover attachment separately as it is not available on this site. Only complaint is I wish the width were smaller as our greedy cat still can muscle in next to the other cat from the front. We think it is reducing her overeating though.

Stressless feeding
Brilliant system saves a lot of hassles when you have 2 or more cats. Took 2 weeks before they got fully use to how it worked. Cats are much happier now that they can get food out of there own bowl when they want. and at a rate they like. Have a graze and the lid goes down, and they can come back later and it's still there. No hanging around for food as there bowl had been cleaned out by some other cat. The cats are now eating the correct amounts for each one so a saving on food. One thing that helped while training was placing a treat right on the back edge to make then come in for positioning to activate the system.

Awesome product..our kitten can no longer get into the older cats food..as she likes to snack her food is always available.
