At Vet Warehouse, if you happen to find a cheaper price on a stocked item that is able to be supplied by us, then we will consider matching the price, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that any price match is at the absolute discretion of Vet Warehouse.
Retail & Over-The-Counter Products
The following price match guarantee only applies to products that can be supplied by us (Vet Warehouse).

If you would like to purchase a retail product from Vet Warehouse, and find a lower price on an identical product elsewhere, let us know prior to processing the transaction and we consider matching the price.

Approved price matches only apply to future transactions with Vet Warehouse. The transaction must also be completed within one business day of the approved price match.

Price matches cannot be applied after the transaction has been processed.

We will match the price of our competitors based on product price only. Our price matching policy does not extend to discounts, sales, promotions, coupons, gifts with other purchases and membership discounts.

The competitor's product must match Vet Warehouse’s product exactly. The competitor's product must be authentic and made by the same manufacturer; the same brand, size, quantity and colour; shipped from the same country of origin; and new and not close to or past its used by date.

The competitor must only deal in NZD currency.

The competitor must not be a group buying, flash sale or deal website; must not be a stock liquidation store; and must not be a seller on eBay, Amazon or a similar discount marketplace.

The competitor's product must be in stock at the time of the price comparison.

Vet Warehouse expressly reserves the right to refrain from price matching where this would result in a sale below the Vet Warehouse landed cost price.

Vet Warehouse expressly reserves the right to refrain from price matching where our price would be lower if you take into account the cost of shipping.

Our price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion we are running, including, free shipping or discount promotions.

Our price match cannot be applied to multiple competitor websites at the same time. For the avoidance of doubt, we will only apply a price match to one competitor per transaction.

Our price match cannot be applied to items that are in short supply, or where limited stock is available.
