Eligibility: The Loyalty Program applies to the brands listed above for consumer purchases of dry food 1.5kg or larger, pouches by the box, and canned food by the tray.

Redemption: Once a customer has made 10 purchases from Vet Warehouse, they will be eligible to receive a credit to the value of the same brand/product range and equivalent to the smallest bag purchased. Redemption can only be made once all 10 purchases have been paid for and dispatched from Vet Warehouse. The 10 purchases must be made within an 18-month period to qualify and must all be made from Vet Warehouse.

Redemption: It is the customer's responsibility to accurately track their purchases and notify us when they have reached the required number. Our team will review your claim and verify the information provided. This may involve cross-checking your purchases with our records and contacting you for additional information, if needed. Eligibility for credit applies only to claims made within 12 weeks of the qualifying purchase.

Exclusions: The Loyalty Program excludes Royal Canin Endurance 4800, Puppy Pro Tech and Babycat milk. Also excluded are Royal Canin 16kg or greater sized bags, Eukanuba 17kg or greater bag sizes. The program may also exclude other products on sale or special promotion from time to time.

Non-transferable: Points are not transferable between customers, accounts, or stores.

No cash value: Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. Vet Warehouse Credit equivalent to the value of the bag will be added to the customer's account.

Changes to the Program: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the program, including point values, redemption requirements, and exclusions.

Program Expiration: The Loyalty Program expires 18-months after the date of the first purchase.

Data Privacy: By signing up for the loyalty program, customers agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from the Loyalty Program will be resolved in accordance with our store's policies and procedures.
