1. Free urban shipping for orders over $79 and under 5kg.
2. Shipping fees applies to orders over 5kg.

Orders:

• Under 5kg and under $79: $4.50
• 5-20kg: $7.50
• Over 20kg: $10.50

Rural Orders (additional $4 fee for rural addresses):

• Under 5kg and over $79: $4.00
• Under 5kg and under $79: $8.50
• 5-20kg: $11.50
• Over 20kg: $14.50

Optional Add-On: Signature Required Delivery

To expedite your delivery, our courier typically leaves packages at your doorstep or a secure location. However, if you prefer to sign for your package, please select the "Signature Required" option at checkout. The courier will not leave your parcel unattended if no one is available to receive and sign for it. In this case, they will leave a card for you to contact the courier directly.

Delivery Timeframe:

Orders are dispatched every Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays, from our distribution centres in Hamilton, Palmerston North, and Christchurch.

Courier Delivery Times:

• Urban Addresses: 1-3 working days
• Rural Addresses: 2-5 working days
