I got this for my elderly cat, who has become very timid in his old age.
He was very hesitant to use it at first, because it makes a loud clunking noise when it is activated.
I had to bribe him with treats, hold the door open for him from the inside, and change the setting so that it would remain unlocked for longer, giving him more time to push the door open with his face.
Then I gradually reduced the time it stayed open and now he is a pro.
This has heaps of different settings and I’m glad I got it, so my cat isn’t getting his food stolen by other animals.
The only drawback is the loud clunking noise when the door is unlocked then locked. I’m a sound sleeper and occasionally it wakes me up, like when my cat goes in and out, and in, and out, you know how it is.
The dark brown colour looks good in the wooden door I installed it in.
Easy to use and program, definitely I’m a fan of this product – it did take a bit of training but it was worth it.

Great product. This is my second one. I gave my first one to a neighbour as my cat breaking into their house and creating havoc.

A good product.. The only problem I’m having is the click sound it makes when operating.. Our lovely 11yr old is a bit hesitant to go through.. Hopefully she’ll get used to the sound..

This is a great door especially as one of our cats is a big guy so makes it easier for him.

We haven’t used it yet as it’s going into new house build but wanted to say Vet Warehouse was easy to use and item shipped very quickly.
I’m sure it will work well for our 3 cats.
