It has no cumbersome cables and features a manual 4-way lock to control when your cat comes and goes, including a setting to keep them inside at night. Compatible Accessories

Depending on where you’re installing your SureFlap Microchip Cat Door, additional accessories may be required. These are sold separately.

SureFlap Cat Door Mounting Adaptor

Designed for installing the SureFlap Microchip Cat Door into glass, walls and certain door types.
For glass installations, a circular hole between 212mm and 260mm in diameter is required.

SureFlap Cat Door Tunnel Extender

Designed for wall installations where additional tunnel length is required.
Each Tunnel Extender adds 50mm to the tunnel length, and multiple extenders can be used together to accommodate thicker walls.

SureFlap RFID Collar Tags – 2 Pack

If your cat isn’t microchipped, a SureFlap RFID Collar Tag can be used with the Microchip Cat Door instead.

Please check the dimensions carefully before purchasing and before making any alterations to your door, wall or glass.

• Flap opening: 142mm W × 120mm H
• Door/wall mounting hole: 165mm W × 171mm H
• Tunnel depth: 70mm
• Glass mounting hole: 212mm diameter optimum; suitable for holes up to 260mm diameter

The flap opening of 142mm × 120mm is the smallest area your cat will need to pass through, so we recommend measuring your cat before purchasing.

Have a larger cat?

For larger cats or small dogs, consider the SureFlap Microchip Pet Door, which has a larger 178mm W × 170mm H flap opening.

Microchip Compatibility

The SureFlap Microchip Cat Door is compatible with common microchip types. If your cat isn’t microchipped, you can use a SureFlap RFID Collar Tag instead.

Batteries

The SureFlap Microchip Cat Door requires 4 × AA alkaline batteries.

Batteries are not included.

Battery life is up to 12 months with normal use, and a low-battery indicator will flash when the batteries need replacing.

Installation

The SureFlap Microchip Cat Door can be installed in:

• Doors
• Walls
• Glass

The installation method and accessories required will depend on where the cat door is being fitted.

For wall installations, you may require one or more SureFlap Cat Door Tunnel Extenders.

For glass installations, the SureFlap Cat Door Mounting Adaptor is required.
