Milbemax broad spectrum all-wormer is suitable for all dogs, big or small. Treatment involves fewer tablets than some other leading brands:
- Only one tablet for dogs up to 25kg.
- Two tablets for dogs up to 50kg.
Puppies should be treated for worms at 2, 4, 6 and 12 weeks of age and at least every 3 months for the life of the dog.
Milbemax for dogs can be used in males and females from 2 weeks of age and onwards, and from 0.5kg in bodyweight. Treatment is by mouth, and the labelled dose rate is recommended. The minimum dose is 0.5mg milbemycin oxime and 5mg praziquantel per kilogram of bodyweight.
Treatment:
Puppies treat once every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age, then once every three months after for protection against intestinal worms.
Milbemax is suitable for breeding and lactating bitches*.

2.5mg milbemycin oxime (dose range 0.5-5mg/kg)
25mg praziquantel (dose range 5-50mg/kg)
