What is AutoShip?
AutoShip means you can schedule your pet's food or treats to be delivered to you automatically, when you need them. All you need to do is select the products and your desired delivery frequency and we will deliver it to you when needed.
When you subscribe to our AutoShip program, depending on the product, you will also save an extra 5% off our already low prices.
You can order an AutoShip delivery between 2 and 26 weeks ahead. We will also send an email reminder three days before your order is due to be processed.
If you decide that you need to change something on your AutoShip delivery, it is simple to change online in your account.
What payment methods do you accept for AutoShip orders?
We accept credit card/debit card payments for AutoShip orders. This includes VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
Unfortunately, Afterpay and internet banking payment options are not available for AutoShip items.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your nominated credit card will be charged on the day that your Autoship order is processed.
Autoship orders were created with customer convenience in mind and we send you a handy email three days before your Autoship is scheduled. This gives you time to review and make any changes needed or simply remind you that your order is on the way!
What happens if my card payment declines?
If your card payment is unsuccessful we will reach out to let you know by email. We will also send a payment request the next day to minimise delays for your order.
Should you need to update your card details this can be done securely through our website. We take our responsibility for customer privacy very seriously and your card information is encrypted.
Can I Change or Reschedule My AutoShip Subscription?
Yes, log into your account and select My Account > Manage Orders.
Can I Cancel My AutoShip Subscription?
You can cancel at any time 72 hours before your order is due to be shipped. This is because we prepare all your packages in advance so they are at your door on time.
