The promoter of the Vet Warehouse Subscription Price Lock Promotion (“Promotion”) is Vet HQ Ltd trading as Vet Warehouse (“Vet Warehouse”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply in addition to the standard Vet Warehouse Subscription Terms and Conditions and website Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is available on purchases made via the Vet Warehouse website (“Participating Website”).
The Promotion runs from 9 December 2025 until 1 January 2027, or on such dates as stated on the Participating Website.
Within this period, Vet Warehouse may run individual seven-day campaign windows (“Offer Weeks”) promoted by email and on-site.
Each Offer Week will feature a limited number of eligible products, which may change between Offer Weeks.
The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.
To qualify, the customer must start a new Subscription for one or more eligible products during the relevant Offer Week, while stocks last.
Existing Subscriptions that are renewed or continued do not qualify unless Vet Warehouse clearly states otherwise.
Vet Warehouse may refuse eligibility for any order it reasonably considers to be for resale, commercial, or bulk purchasing.
During an Offer Week, selected products will display a promotional price and messaging such as “Price lock until 1 January 2027” or similar.
If a customer starts a new Subscription for an eligible product at the promotional price during that Offer Week, Vet Warehouse will apply that promotional price to future Subscription deliveries of that product until 1 January 2027, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The price lock applies only while the Subscription remains active and there is at least one delivery of that product at least once every six months.
Customers may change their delivery address or adjust delivery dates or frequency without losing the price lock, provided the Subscription remains active and there is still at least one delivery every six months.
If the customer cancels the Subscription or removes the eligible product from the Subscription, the price lock for that product will end. Any future orders for that product will be at the standard price shown on the Participating Website at the time of order.
The price lock applies to the quantity of the eligible product originally selected when the Subscription was created during the Offer Week (“Original Quantity”).
If the customer increases the quantity, Vet Warehouse may, at its discretion, honour the promotional price for the Original Quantity and charge any additional units at the standard price at the time of order.
If the customer decreases the quantity and later increases it again, Vet Warehouse is not obliged to extend the promotional price to any quantity above the reduced level. Any reduced quantity becomes the new maximum quantity eligible for the price lock.
The Promotion applies only to products clearly identified as part of the Vet Warehouse Subscription Price Lock Promotion in emails or on the Participating Website.
Eligible products may be limited to specific SKUs and may vary between Offer Weeks.
Vet Warehouse may apply caps on the number of promotional Subscriptions or units per eligible product to manage stock and promotional funding. Once a cap is reached, the price lock for that product may no longer be available.
All offers are subject to availability and are while stocks last.
If an eligible product under price lock is temporarily out of stock when a Subscription renewal is due, Vet Warehouse may delay dispatch, cancel the item, or contact the customer with options.
If a Subscription delivery is missed solely because of stock unavailability, this will not be treated as a customer failure under the six-month activity requirement.
If an eligible product is discontinued or significantly changed by the manufacturer, Vet Warehouse will use reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and may suggest an alternative product. Any alternative product will be supplied at the price available at that time unless Vet Warehouse clearly confirms that a price lock applies to the alternative.
Standard Vet Warehouse Subscription Terms and Conditions and website Terms and Conditions apply in addition to these Promotion-specific terms. If there is any inconsistency, these Promotion terms apply to orders placed under the Promotion.
Vet Warehouse may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time. For customers with an active price-frozen Subscription, Vet Warehouse will use reasonable efforts to honour the price lock until 1 January 2027 or to contact the customer if changes are required.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights customers may have under New Zealand consumer law.
